I worked for Massive Media (Twoo, Netlog, Stepout) as Freelance translator, moderator and customer rep. Worst experience ever ! This site is clearly using abusive methods. They will still your contact list to spam YOU and all your contacts. DO NOT enter your credit card or any financial information at all. They will use it without your consent.

how to detect the fake profiles at TWOO
The majority of women's profiles are fake. They pretend to be from the same city/state you are from. If you ask what part of the city they are from? Most of them would say a general word like "southside". They do not know the details! Then, it goes to asking your Gmail id on the "Hangout" application, telephone, or credit information! %90 of them have lost or broken their phones! They cannot talk to you over the phone because either the cellphone is broken or their parents are with them! If any of these applies to your conversation, stop talking to them and report it to TWOO immediately.
TWOO: I wonder if you guys have any time/effort dedicated to detecting these fake profiles! They are many algorithms that have been proven successful in similar online-dating platforms! Take your business seriously!

Here are some of the steps we take:
- picture screening by 24/7 teams
- anti-scam measurements with different scam indicators
- anti-fake moderation by 24/7 teams
- abuse reports by users dealt with by dedicated community managers
We always appreciate it if a user who sees fake profiles on the site reports them to us as it helps us improve our scam detecting systems and block such profiles faster. If you see such profiles on the site, please report them to our moderators.

This is scam. Twoo goo is really annoying. They spam everyone in contact list. Even though you are not registered they will steal your information from other social networking sites, will create your fake profile and try to scam your contacts showing your fake profile they have created. It is illegal fraud need to be stopped immediately.

Look below. I have posted review in English and they have replied to it in some language I do not understand. Though they send their spam in English. I have used Google translate and found that is french language. Apparently, they are trying to tell me about some 'high standards', 'policies' etc baloney . Everything they said is lie, of course. That confirms my review about that con website.

Not only do you have to pay to subscribe, you have to pay extra if you want to filter who can contact you witch is totally wrong, it should be included as part of your subscription, im getting sick of women outside of my age and country looking at my profile, adding me to faves etc. As others have mentioned there is this new rejection system witch you will get used to getting in no time,i also know of a friend who got scammed but recovered his money through a hacker,in case you need him his gmail his matthewrice340. it seems theres too many window shoppers or shallow girls, i consider myself to be good looking and a good guy but spend more time talking to myself.This is the last time im going to use the site, im moving on to other dating sites

There are more men than women on twoo, so from day one you get stalked by thousands of men, who then get angry because you can't answer them all. Most of the men just want a cheap slut to have sex, send fotos of their penis and try to make you send naked pics, usually they have nothing to say apart from being horny and never actually want to date. They just treat you like a prostitute and want an online cybersex fantasy, but just going on a date (meaning doing something together and get to know each other) seems to be impossible.
Apart from that, many profiles are fake, or chat bots.Also there is a lot of scamming, they try to get your personal data to then break into your account.
They should shut down this site, because it is a huge scam and waste of time, and it is only good for men whores and women whores.

there are many times I think that I'm talking to a computer and I have seen friends info on here that they didn't even know what this site was and are happy married and many say that they are from any country but then say they live in USA ?
I am a person that observes and most fotos come from facebook ?
Last year I had several calls from a female with a no number I asked where she got me from LinkedIn. She offered me a job 4 hours a day where my computer would be linked to them and all I would have to do is follow their instructions. Eg looking up people on facebook+ taking all info friends and fotos I didn't ask the next step because I could guess this is a full paid job for many people I asked why me ? Because you live in Spain and speak Spanish as you can guess I said no every time she called

Twoo is nothing but the other face of Zorpia.com. Twoo was bought out by Zorpia, which is owned by some nefarious Chinese scamsters based in Hong Kong. Both Twoo and Zorpia are SCAM operations, with literally zillions of fake accounts created by the people at Zorpia based on stolen photos and identities. Most of the profiles are so blatantly fake as to be laughable, with some of the prostitutes openly displaying their Whatsapp numbers. Any complaint by you results in either complete silence, or a pithy response from some "representative" with a fake European name and photo, or YOU being blocked! They will block you even after taking your money!
You are advised to stay away from both these fraudulent websites, as the owners themselves are scamsters and cheaters. The Chinese seem to have done a great job of becoming expert scamsters.

TWOO - your worst nightmare
...had this request to try Twoo pop up out of nowhere while on line and, in a moment of absolute weakness...thought "why not?" and hit the send button.
BIG MISTAKE!!!!!
When questions from several friends asking me whether I had requested they join me on Twoo came in within hours, I immediately set out to send Twoo to the can...trouble is, two weeks later my online friends are still getting approaches from Twoo purporting to being authorised by me to harass them.
I need this to stop but so far have found little or nothing that I can do to prevent what is happening. In an alternate way this program goes viral buy accessing your contacts lists to send spam requests to all your contacts all over the world.
I am fed up with apologising to people and explaining that it was all a mistake on my behalf trusting Twoo.

Please allow us to explain how our invitation procedure works. Any registered user may wish to invite friends to join the service or connect with friends who are already on Twoo. That is why we enable users to import their address books if they enter their login and password.
After confirmation by the user, we will send an invitation in the name of and on behalf of the user to the selected contacts. To be clear, additional text ('How does this work?') explains what exactly will happen if the users chooses to click 'Connect', i.e. that the selected friends will receive an invitation. This invitation is sent in the name of the person who sends it. If a user's contacts accept the invitation and join Twoo, they are added to the user's friends network on Twoo.

Registered without my permission, difficult to delete account.
Received an email saying I have received a message on Twoo by a friend. I clicked on the linked curious as to see whether I could read that message WITHOUT registering for twoo - this proved to be impossible (I was immediately presented with a registration page) so I closed the page.
A minute later I receive an email that my REGISTRATION to twoo has been successful (?), my email is the username and I was given a password.
Unacceptable — I try to go to the website to delete whatever profile has unsolicitedly been created with my details, but if I try to "log on" using the details provided, I am taken to a registration page again. Catch 22.
Only way to delete my account was to go to the FAQ, under "delete account", then click the link provided, which would somehow bypass the "registration" stage and allow me to delete my account.
Now, as to whether this will be a long-term solution, this remains to be seen.

CAUTION - Beware the pop-up window which says 'Connect'!
So you click through the website trying without luck to find a feature available for free and this malicious software somehow gets access to your email contacts.
A pop-up looking like it's from Twoo appears saying '493 people are waiting to connect with you on Twoo' with a big green 'Connect' button. You click on it and a moment later realize the pop-up was from gmail. Twoo has just sent invitations to all your gmail contacts asking them to join you on Twoo (dating website) i.e. your family, business contacts and everyone whose address is stored on your gmail.
What's worse is it will keep spamming them until they unsubscribe. It even sends emails to addresses like amazon.co.uk etc.
I complained to Twoo, their response was rubbish. They said recipients could unsubscribe at anytime. This feature has been complained about since 2010. Don't give money to this malware vendor.
